Yeah its good college but i am not conform to say you will go for study abroad.

Placements are good till now.this year placements are starting in Dec latest placement trends will be available to you by January.and I'm not pretty sure whether 60%ile will be enough.If possible try taking MAT or CAT again and get a better score that will ensure your call letter.

Hi Divya, changing college after a year itself is a tedious job, changing it after 2nd year might be very challenging. Anyway, Keep following points in mind,
Both the colleges must be under purview of Pune University.
College in which you wish to join should have vacancy in your desired branch.
If you have scored well in your first 2 years, things become easier.
Contact & take the help of the new college where you wish to join, they will guide you or contact University admin directly.

A B Tech/BE is the most preferred option after +2. This requires you to clear state/national level entrance examinations. Loan assistance is available from leading banks. Government colleges and merit seats in aided colleges carry low fee structures. Other streams in demand include B Sc in Computer Sciences, IT, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and of coourse BBA and BCA.
