ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants.
ACCA is internationally recognised(in 170 countries), where as ICAI is only recognized in few countries.
Eventhough ACCA can use 'Chartered Accountant' designation, they usually called as 'Chartered Certified Accountant / ACCA'. So if you are really interested in the designation go for ICAI.
As compared to CA through ICAI, ACCA is still a budding certification and is at very nascent stage in India. Not only this, ICAI is an organization which is known world over.
However, we can only give you guidance the last decision should be yours which you should take keeping in mind your own interests and career aspirations.

Here is the list of some certification courses which you can opt after completing your Bachelors in engineering to find job more easily:
Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
.NET - This is among most popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
The other options for the courses include, i am listing most prominent ones from job point of view:
Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.

Psychiatry, an important branch of the medical profession deals with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders in a person.
To become a psychiatrist, one must pursue MBBS. To sit for MBBS exam, a candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology in +2 as your combination subject .
After completing MBBS you need to pursue M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) degree. One could also do a Diploma in Psychiatric medicine (DPM) from a recognised educational institute to become a qualified psychiatrist.
Doctors who have successfully completed the entire MBBS programme are eligible for specialisation in psychiatry. They may either do a postgraduate course (M.D.- Doctor of Medicine) in psychiatry or a Diploma in psychiatric medicine (DPM).
Besides MD and DPM, The National Board of Examinations conducts a programme called Diploma of National Board Exam (DNB). The DNB is considered to be equivalent to a MD degree.

complete your graduation with atleast 70% aggregate and attempt the above exams
GRE try to get 250-270 for high profile universities and IELTS try to get 7 band in each section.

All the specializations are good in MBA. You can make your career in Operation Management but if you also do SAP course along with it then you will get better options in this field. Apart from Material Management you can also do the specialization in Finance, HR, Marketing etc as all the areas have good salary and career prospects.
For reference, following are some details for different options you can pursue apart from material management:
In Human resources: You can work as a recruiter, sourcer initially and later upgrade to Senior recruiter and Manager. Once you get experienced in recruiting, you can try other departments within HR.
Marketing: You can work as a Market analyst, Industry analyst, Consumer analyst or entry level marketing positions in any company.
ITES/ BPO: You can consider working at ITES or BPO at either their technical division or customer support division.
Entrepreneurship: You can start your own company that you are interested in and to also develop your knowledge in this, you can probably study a Diploma or MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Credit analyst: You can work as a Credit analyst for banks as either in branch credit analyst or customer credit analyst.

Hi shankar, welcome to https://shiksha.com, and the first thing is no company will take your mba degree is useless and dont think that no company will hire you, but they defentely ask you the gap in your academics, a strong reason is needed, as well as they check your age creteria, but dont think your PG course is useless and time waste, you will get more options if you have PG in your hand, many companies will accept you if you have a good reason for your gap, i guess you have something like that, you have to be keep out the reason, my suggestion is please go head for you MBA with your specialisation and seach for job, defenetly you will get a job during or after your degree, please dont waste time its already running, try to get admission in best institution for better future. all the best
