No, you won't be able to. JEE Main Cut off depends on several factors such as:
Total number of candidates appearing in the JEE Main entrance exam. Total candidates applied for admission in UG or PG degree courses in NITs. Total seat intake and difficulty level of the examination. As you are from the ST category, according to previous year trends the qualifying mark would be near "43-46", Keep eye on the rankings.

First and foremost I'll start with the eligibility criteria for GNM at FIMS. firstly the institute is only for the females students. Their minimum age should be 17 years. They should be intermediate qualified with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% of marks.
Talking about fee structure for particularly GNM is around Rs 84,500 per annum.

The cutoffs were around 75%. But there are site admissions as well. My suggestion will be to visit the institute or call their helpdesk for the internal information as they don't have all the crucial information AIR right at the moment.

So if at all you are of OBC category with 92 % in board exam then 160 marks would be enough to get admission in some of the decent branch like Mech, EEE, civil.
