The age to get teaching job in government Schools after doing B.Ed is, maximum of 35 years in most of the Schools, but it may vary, from state to state and from state govt. and central govt. Schools. However, as you still have to do B.Ed, Please check with the UGC the age requirement of School teachers, after completing B.Ed.

US and Germany are the best study destination to pursue MS in automotive engineering and related fields.
In order to pursue MS form universities in US and Germany, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
