Hi Roshan, I would say, yes you may pursue MBA after your part time diploma course. In my opinion, both degree and diploma are awards conferred on to a person on the successful completion of any educational course. However, there are several differences between both the terms and cannot be used interchangeably. The impact of your degree on your salary depends on the type of degree you are pursuing. Advanced degrees generally have a greater impact on your salary than a standard degree program. For example, pursuing a master's degree may lead to higher salary jobs than any other.
