You can enroll for the BA program in IGNOU and complete it in 3 years. You have to submit assignments 2-3 months before the exams are held and after that fill up the exam form and appear for the exam. I think admissions for the January 2016 session are still open with late fees and you can enroll on line also. Please contact the nearest IGNOU study centre for more information or visit www.ignou.ac.in

Hi Sonali, your academics are quite consistent and you can bank on your work experience to make your application stronger. For your IELTS, please make sure you score nothing less than 6.5 as majority of German universities require this score. Regarding German language certification, some institutes may require atleast B1 level certification.
