Vivek, I would suggest you to clarify yourself what field would you like to Pursue as your career.
Is it more into Software Programming or Sofware Testing.
Ruby on Rails, Ajax, J2EE, .NET, J2ME, jQuery are good options to go for. You may also opt for Andriod, Symbian for Mobile application development. You may also enroll for certifications in these languages (Java, .NET and PHP have). for Testing careers, I will suggest you to opt for ISTQB and learn testing tools like Load Runner.
