You need to appear for GATE or other state level examinations (OJEE for Odisha, WBUT for West Bengal, UPTU for Uttar Pradesh, PGECET for Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, etc.) for admissions into ME or M.Tech courses. Certain Universities like SRM, GITAM, VIT, KIIT conduct their own entrance examination as well.

Placements for finance and marketing are good. Banks like Axis bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank have recruited 10-12 students.
