There are basically 4 sections in Bank exam - Verbal Ability, DILR, Quants and GK.
Verbal Ability:
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Try to make a summary of articles that you read para by para. You can switch to the book called WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS.

The best thing to score in LR-DI is to practice more questions on a daily basis so you understand which sets you should leave and before attempting the sets what are the thing

For OBC category, student's cut-off is 80+ percentile to get a cut-off.

You have good experience. You can appear for CAT exam to get admission in a decent college to pursue MBA. You can appear for GMAT exam, if you want to apply for colleges abroad.

There are certain essential differences between CAT and GMAT.
1. Quants section of CAT is tougher than GMAT. In CAT you can afford to skip questions, but in GMAT. You cannot do that.
2. If you don't do well in CAT then next year you can take CAT again. If you don't do well in GMAT. You can retake GMAT after few months. Speed and accuracy is essence of both.
3. CAT cost: Rs.2000 approximately for per-form.
4. GMAT. Rs.16k approximately for per appearance. I hope this helps.

It is a good choice. If you will pursue B.Tech in electrical engineering, then your field will change. You can easily crack any exam related to electrical engineering, but if you want to pursue aeronautical engineering, then you must go for it.
