1. To pursue M.Tech, you have to crack GATE exam in one of the subject.
2. For MBA, you have to crack CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.

The cut-off is 70 percentile and above but let me tell you that getting selected will depend upon a variety of factors other than your score in MAT or CMAT.

MCA is highly technical, wherein you need science (Physics, mathematics, Computers, IT) background at graduation level. Whereas, BBA is a generalist course.

Yes, there is a quota for defence dependants as well.
However, in that quota, ex servicemen are preffered over the serving defence personnal.There will be 2 lists for you in that case.One would be the general overall list and the other would be defence category list.Do well for GD/PI.
