The application form for the DU M.Ed. admission 2018 will be released on the official website of the university in the month of March 2018.Candidates will have to take part in the entrance examination after they submit the application form through the online mode.
Delhi University will select the eligible candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam.

Normally speaking, lateral entries are restricted to student's domiciled in that state only. Hence, you would normally be eligible for this, if you are having domicile of Tamil Nadu. List of colleges in Chennai offering lateral entry should be available on the website of DTE of Tech education of Tamil Nadu.
