Which entrance result are you talking about? And yes, if you want to go for a B-School this year with this score, then go for those Colleges where more weightage is given to GD PI, and then to entrance score. So, you can consider colleges like IBS, ITM, SRI BALAJI SOCIETY.

As per the details in the link below, the University is UGC approved. AICTE basically deals with technical education. When talking of UGC, it is the apex body that approves universities in the country. UGC provide funds for affiliated universities and colleges.
