You can't apply these subjects separately because it's not valid to study two degree courses at a time from distance. one should opt from regular compulsory. So you can do B.Sc+B.Ed dual degree in one course, it's time duration is 4 years and I think it's not available in IGNOU.

Aryabhatta College admission process is completely online. Candidates are required to fill in the common application form of DU and then wait for the release of the cutoffs. After the cutoff is out, students who are eligible must apply for the desired college (wherever qualified) online.
