The procedure to become IPS is same as IAS. Aspirants have to go through its competitive exam i.e. CSE (Civil Service Examination) held every year under the supervision of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Mimum Educational Qualifications:-
The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
Age Limit:- A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years.

SInce it is one of the toughest exam in India, it is recommended that one should plan properly atleast one year prior to the exam and join the best coaching institutes for the preparation.

Rupa, Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world and hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers. To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.

The fees structure Bachelors in Optometry courses varies in every college. Once you shortlist the college then it will be easier for you to estimate the course fee.
Students who wish to do degree or diploma courses in Ophthalmic technology should clear 10+2 or equivalent examination, with a minimum of 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.
To practice as a optometrist it is essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Optometry (Bachelor of Clinical Optometry) (B.Optom). Eligibility for B.Optom course is Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 course) or it's equivalent with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics and English, from a recognised board and the age limit is 17 years as on 31st December. Candidates satisfying the eligibility requirement for the B.Optom course have to appear for the EYECET examination. The EYECET exam is the centralised, combined, entrance test for entry into optometry courses, which is universally recognised all over the country.
B.Optom course is of 4 year duration. The first 3 years teaching is followed by one year of internship for clinical and trade experience.
For direct admission to third year B.Optom course, candidates who have completed their 10+2, must have a 2 year diploma course in Optometry, Ophthalmic Techniques, Refraction, Orthoptics and Ophthalmic Assistance with 40% marks from an Institute recognised by Indian Optometric Association and Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University.
