Both the programmes are best by Indigo. The difference which you get is in International Pathway, you will get new and good aircraft for training and it will take less time to complete the programme whereas in domestic, you have to complete it in India and may be you will not get good aircrafts.
There is no guaranty of job but Indigo will give internship and if you do good may be they will give you a job.

Yes, that will be wise decision because if in the future, your interest would be lost in mass communication, you can think of other programme too. If you can manage, add maths subject.
And programmes like:
Economics Hons
B.com Hons
BBA
BBALLB or BCOM LLB
CA
Maths or statistics Hons
Actuarial science

To pursue engineering in any field, a a student needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% throughout in 12th standard board examination. Since, you don't qualify this eligibility criteria, so you are not eligible for engineering.
