@saurabh46290.yes the college provides 100% placements and the average package is different for different courses. For HR its 5 lakhs, for finance & marketing its around 8 lakhs. But I would recommend something that always check for other options like faculty and industry reach and alumni network and others that may concern you as everything matters once you start your course. There is no special exam for MBA in HR. The entrance exams are just for MBA overall. Most MBA colleges accept CAT, CMAT, MAT,XAT exams. After 1 year of your MBA course you choose your specialization.

For pursuing career in HR (MBA), you need to be a graduate. Try to get at least 60% in graduation since this is the very basic criteria that most of the B-schools ask for. One point I would like to mention here is you must have appeared and cleared as well any management exam such as CAT XAT CMAT MAT NMAT etc. To get a good B-school.

I dont have much info about christ but XIME I think has better placements. Of the current batch, about 140/180 are placed with avg package of 7. Except HR, all streams have done well with marketing the top performer
