For pursuing career in HR (MBA), you need to be a graduate. Try to get at least 60% in graduation since this is the very basic criteria that most of the B-schools ask for. One point I would like to mention here is you must have appeared and cleared as well any management exam such as CAT XAT CMAT MAT NMAT etc. To get a good B-school.

Hi,Minimum criteria is graduation. Some schools may need at least 4 years of post-class 12 graduation education. In case, you have work experience, you will be getting additional points in most B school selections. Some colleges will give marks/ benefits for a post-graduation as well. Basic requirement. You need to give entrance exam such as CAT XAT GMAT NMAT etc.

    Hi,
The basic qualification required for admission in MBA are following:
    1. A minimum of 50% marks in your 3 or 4 years Bachelor degree from a recognised university.

    3. There are no fixed number of attempts for any of the entrance exams like CAT MAT XAT etc.
    4. A final year student of Bachelors degree may also apply for this course but at the time of admission, he must have to submit the documents of his Bachelor's degree. All the best.
