Hello Omkar,
Its a very nice thing that you want to become a professional footballer. You can move to cities where football is popular like Bengal,Goa. Nowadays even Bengaluru is contributing to Indian football.
I would recommend you to join a club which plays in competitive lower level divisional league so that you will get some idea of what it takes to be a footballer.

Yes, you can get but not good colleges. My advice would be to reappear and score at least 96+ for securing good colleges under MHCET as the cut-offs are way higher.

Dear Ruturaj,
After completing diploma engineering in any branch, you can get admission in 2nd year of engineering. For that, you will have to appear in LEET, exam conducted by each state's government and some deemed universities too. For example in Uttarakhand, the exam name is UKSEE. Delhi School of Engineering also conduct its own entrance exam.
