Hello, Both are more or less in the same rank except the variation in the factors which you expect. PSGIM provides more learning exposure when compared to TSM. But with regard to placements, it varies from year on year based on the industry trends. The average pack is 5.5 Lacs for both institutions. It all depends on how you perform in the two years of your course. All the best.

No not at all. The requirements for Indian students are as follows:
1) Good marks in your board exam2) SAT with three subject test (maths level 2 is compulsory).
They ask you that if you have taken any English proficiency test, like IELTS or TOEFL, then submit the scores. It is not compulsory. Check more information on official website.

I am also planning to study abroad. You should apply for Australia in April and May for July intake and in December and January for February intake. For UK, you should apply before 15th October. Because, deadline for the most universities is that. But some universities also accept application after that. Check the official website of the University Requirements and deadline to which you want to study.

Some universities require 6.5 band and also a minimum of 6 band in all four components. However, few universities exempt students from IELTS based on class 10th and 12th. English marks. You have many specialised Master's degree courses for ECE like embedded system, network security, telecommunication engineering and so on because when you learn about the latest technology, you tend to get good jobs.

Okay, first of all I would like to tell you about the concept of best of four. Basically it's the aggregate average of the best four of your subjects, and not a list you're ranked in. So you're best of four is 95.25 (Accountancy, Econ, BSt, Eng). You have to take English because best of four requires at least one language subject. Now, about your percentage. SRCC's cut off barely goes below 97.8%-97.5%. So practically speaking, I'd say it's not but there are other great colleges is DU as well, you can try them.
