As per your profile I would suggest that you should complete your 12th from India and then pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US.
In order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US you need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognize education board.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
