Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.
For pursuing education abroad, you need to first of all decide, in which country you wish to study, then you need to decide how are you going to finance your studies.

Hi Jainam, PhD in Interior Design remains relatively uncommon, although the ranks of online and campus PhD programs are growing.
It is the most intensive graduate interior design degree, requiring between four and six years to complete. However, there are several types of diploma courses available in Interior Design. Please refer to the institute link below :

Standard prerequisites for PhD programs include :
* Master's or bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture, with coursework in technical design applications such as CAD
* Portfolio of your interior design work (particularly important for the studio MFA)

Germany is a country known for its technical advancements specially automobile and mechanical.
If you are looking for a Masters course then you can go with Germany as pursuing a Bachelors level course will not be a good decision as you need to go for a for a 1- 1 and a half year bridging course.
Admissions in German universities is done through GRE, IELTS/TOEFL etc. or any other exam as per the university requirement. As for scholarships, I would like to say that education in Germany is government funded but not management program so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
Also I would suggest you if possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
After completion of the course, you are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year to look for a job and then you can convert your student permit to residence permit for gainful employment.
