Hi Nirmit,
Germany is a country known for its technical advancements specially automobile and mechanical.
If you are looking for a Masters course then you can go with Germany as pursuing a Bachelors level course will not be a good decision as you need to go for a for a 1- 1 and a half year bridging course.
Admissions in German universities is done through GRE, IELTS/TOEFL etc. or any other exam as per the university requirement. As for scholarships, I would like to say that education in Germany is government funded but not management program so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
