Hi Jiu,
For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February. Mh-Cet has got maximum weightage in the cap rounds conducted by the DTE Maharashtra. Considering your mat score it is difficult for you for MMS. Cutoff for MMS for Mh-Cet us around 95-96%le. But you can try for PGDBM as PGDBM considers your GDPI performance and written skills.All the best.

Bharati Vidya peeth is a new college, established in 2012 and it offers only 4 course. No information is available about placements from the college because its first is still not completed. So in my opinion you should not go for Bharti Vidyapeeth.

Yes you need to give JEE for admission to Indian Engineering colleges. You must score 60% marks in 10+2 to be eligible. Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.
