HelloAll Indian students are required to take the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET 2016), which will be held on May 7, 2016 (Saturday). No candidate is entitled to seek admission to SID without a valid SET score.
How to appear for SET:-
Register online for SET 2016 at www.set-test.org Facility of payment of SET fee and printing of Admit card is available online. A student aspiring to pursue an undergraduate program at Symbiosis needs to follow the steps mentioned below:
Admission to B. Des program of SID will be according to the following process:-
Level 1
SET for Design 2016. The result of SET for Design will be put up on the SET website as per the schedule. If a candidate qualifies SET 2016, he/she would be eligible to appear for SID’s Studio Test and Personal Interaction. Shortlisting for admission will be based only by Preference 1 selected during online registration.
Level 2
Studio Test and Personal Interaction will be conducted only at SID, Pune campus from 1st June to 5th June 2016.
Final selection would be based on the cumulative performance of the candidate in SET for Design, Studio Test and Personal Interaction as well as on the basis of the information provided by the candidate in the application form and his/her first preference of the disciplines offered.
