Without doubt NITs or CFTIs are the best bet after IITs. You will have to clear JEE Mains with good marks to get admission. These institutions have good faculty members and robust placement cell.

Yes, IGNOU has a wide range of courses lined up for students. But why IGNOU? Are you currently working? It's better to do any course by going to college. But of course for working people nothing like IGNOU.
