You can pursue B.A. In visual communication or a Diploma in visual communication but, you cannot pursue B.Sc. Programme. Most colleges have B.Sc. In Visual communication, which can be opted by Science students only.

In case of M.A. In English, you can definitely do it from IGNOU if you are a graduate from recognised university.
