You can go for MCA. Eligibility for MCA in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any graduation with computer science as a subject for three years or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QT as one of the subjects in graduation or at 10+2 level and along with this you might have to clear some entrance test. (This may vary with the university you choose)

It depends on your JEE Mains and advance score, and also from where you do your B.Tech, but let me give you an advice please be more specific, while you ask questions, because it becomes very difficult to give correct answers. Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Dear Ansuman, You must be a graduate of a recognised university in order to be admitted to NAEMD for post-graduate study.
