Hi Pooja, I respect and honor the commitment and zeal to go for NET through which you are eligible for UGC pay scale and also for doing your Phd. Its almost 10 years since you have finished your PG and there anre many changes, both in syllabus and in the exam pattern of NET. I request you to log on to www.ugc.ac.in to download the latest syllabus and exam pattern. And plz follow the tips shared by Ritu.

Although it is not possible to provide any exact number of institutes that may accept the score as the probability of the score cut offs expected keep changing.
Instead I would suggest you to contact the institute where you are keen to pursue the course to inquire about the expected score or at least revert with the names so that we can provide you the same.

Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60%.
