Hi Christina,
it is always better to gain at least 3 years full time work experience in a listed public company (Listed in BSE/NSE only) due to certain reason:
1. MBA is a professional qualification and not just a degree, it helps to understand business betterway and whatever you learn during MBA, you can implement in real business scenario
2. Business is dynamic field and changes every second. Whatever is taught in classroom MBA is very different from real busines scenario. When you complete at least 3 years job experience and do MBA you can relate and do benchmarking and help you to take better business decision.

As per your education pattern (15 years ), UK would be the best study destination for you, because universities in US requires 16 years of education for masters program.
Also please remember all the good B- school across the globe require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation. How ever there are some good universities in UK which offers MBA to freshers as well, find below some of these universities:
1.University of Aberdeen.

Agreeing to what Gomti said you can get into mechanical or electrical to get into robotics field, but I would like to add that robotics is a huge field and involves lot of other engineering sections like electronic engineer, control engineer, Electrical and Computer Engineer etc. so, depending on the section you want to get in choose your Engineering stream.
