it is always better to gain at least 3 years full time work experience in a listed public company (Listed in BSE/NSE only) due to certain reason:
1. MBA is a professional qualification and not just a degree, it helps to understand business betterway and whatever you learn during MBA, you can implement in real business scenario
2. Business is dynamic field and changes every second. Whatever is taught in classroom MBA is very different from real busines scenario. When you complete at least 3 years job experience and do MBA you can relate and do benchmarking and help you to take better business decision.
3. By working for 3 years you will get enough money to spend complete or partial funding of your MBA from good institutes hence this will help you financially too
4. If you plan to do MBA from UK, Australia or Singapore, they require minimum 3 years work experience so you will be in more win win situation
5. In India also, if you have 2 and more years experience you get one additional point in CET/ CAT
6. When matter of recruitment will come, you will get preference over fresher when you have experience

You should have English Proficiency test like IELTS/ TOEFL and if you don't have that, you have to go under English Language intensive programme

For undergraduate course:
Freshman (first-year) applicants must have completed high school or secondary school with a cumulative (overall) grade point average (G.P.A.) of at least 3.0 (when converted to the U.S. 4.0 grading scale). International students are not required to submit S.A.T. or A.C.T. scores; however, a low G.P.A. can be offset by an S.A.T. score of 1000 or A.C.T. score of 21.
For PG course
must hold a degree equivalent to a 4-year U.S. bachelor's degree from a college or university recognized as an institution of higher education by the Ministry of Education in the respective country. The applicant must have earned a cumulative (overall) grade point average (G.P.A.) in all undergraduate courses of at least 2.50 (when converted to the U.S. 4.0 grading scale)

As per your education pattern (15 years ), UK would be the best study destination for you, because universities in US requires 16 years of education for masters program.
Also please remember all the good B- school across the globe require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation. How ever there are some good universities in UK which offers MBA to freshers as well, find below some of these universities:
1.University of Aberdeen.
2.Bangor University.
3.Coventry University.
Admission in all these universities mentioned above require good academic background throughout preferably 60%, relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university and IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
