r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System?
for what purpose u would like to do DBA?
wanted to go in network line?
wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right?
if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
