With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you, as universities in Canada require 16 years of education for admission in their Masters program.
Some of the best universities offering Masters in computer science in UK are :
1.Plymouth University.
2.Warwick University.
3.Manchester Metropolitan University.
In order to pursue MS in these universities you need to have:
15 years of education with good academic record,preferably 60% plus n graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.

Although, you have not mention the area in which you are residing but if you want to do a full time there are several good B-Schools which one can opt for. On Top would be IIMs if you are interested in applying. Apart from IIMs, you can look at institutes like FMS, fore school of management, ICFAI, IMT, Welingkar, JBIMS, and K.J.
