As Shiksha is an Educational portal which believes in giving unbiased opinion, it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any one of the Institute. However, Welingkar is AICTE approved Institute which also provide Mumbai University recognized programmes, whereas, NPTI is not recognized by any of the Educational Council so I would suggest that you should weigh all the positives and negatives before selecting any one option.
Few of the other things which you need to keep in mind are: First and foremost the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty (their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
