Now a days, no engineering college is permitted to ask for donation for B.Tech, MCA and B.Pharm degrees. Admission is through state university conducted entrance exam and available seats are so many that beside some top colleges, many colleges are left with vacant seats. These seats are filled based on 12th PCM marks. The colleges do have management quotas which they need to fill before the counseling starts. For these seats they demand extra money. But they have to declare management quota vacancy condition before counseling starts. If vacant seats of management quota is available, they are merged with general seats.
