It is good to see your seriousness in making your career, so as per your profile pursuing MBA would be the best option for you.
However please remember with 15 years of education i.e. 10+2+3, UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from Canada you need to have 16 years of education i.e. 10+2+4.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in UK to pursue MBA:
1. Lancaster university.
2. University of Strathclyde.
3. Durham university.
So, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA from good universities in UK.
However, if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies in that case you may consider pursuing MA or Msc degree in management from universities in UK.
