You should go for Post graduation study in
1.You have options of doing an MBA if management and business is your interest or you could do an M.A in English if English is your interest.
2. Studying a foreign language full time can be an excellent career option. Getting an advanced degree (Master's / PhD ) in studying foreign languages can have an exciting value proposition.

Many good universities in our country and B Schools require you to have at least 50% along with a good score in aptitude tests like CAT/MAT/CMAT etc as applicable for admission to their regular MBA courses. For distance education courses, you require a pass if you have around 3 years of experience. Many autonomous institutes in our country do not demand a requisite percentage, but require you to be a graduate.
