Hi,
After 12th in Science (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry), you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc
Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as occupational therapy, computer, business administration.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities

Subhiksha your rank is going to around 75000 and above so it wont be very easy to gey admission in some good govt. college in your own state but you can try for the same in other state when you go for counselling.
Hopefully you can get the desired branches in Shobhit university and NIT, Dimapur.
But if you will try for admission in some reputed private university like Lovely, Manipal, Galgotia etc surely you will get seat in your desired branch. Some of these universities are also offering scholarships too. So, check their websites for details.
Good luck.

The procedure for admission in B.Tech is any one of these
1. National Level test/ State Level test

Now if you have give some national level or state level test then go for the counselling and take admission in the colleges participation in that counselling. If you din't give any such test then apply in different private universities like Arni, Chitkara, Lovely, Rai, etc.
Like you are saying you have done diploma you can take lateral entry in 2nd yr.of B.Tech.

I doubt if with this JEE score you can get admission in AMU but you can try for admission in Amity, MMU, LPU etc these are some of the reputed private universities, that offer admission both on the basis of JEE as well as marks in class 12.
This will also give you a chance to take admission in a branch of your choice too.
Good luck.
