Dear Raj all the branches the branches have their own importance. And what matters most is your interest. First you decide what you are interested in. If your interest lies in a job where you get a well furnished office with AC then ECE, CSE, etc and if your calling is to work with machines and structures and you don't mind field work then Mech.and civil are a good option.
Apart from these traditional branches, there have come up many new branches also like B.Tech in biotech, nanotech, food tech, agri, mechanotronics , etc. So, you can choose from these new branches too.

After doing B.Sc(med.) don't go for simple/ regular M.Sc but go for a masters degree that is going to help you make a good career too.
We have many options available for you like Masters in Nanotech., Food tech., Microbiology, Biotech., Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Microbiology, and so on. In case you want to deviate from your science field then you can also go for MBA as it is yet another field having many specializations.
For more information it would be better if you check the websites of universities like LPU, SRM, SMU etc so that you can choose a course according to your interest.
Good luck.
