According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses. If making a career in management is your priority then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants. B.Com, on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study. Thus, it is advisable to first chalk out your skills, aptitude and area of interest before taking up any of the courses. Instead of looking at the money making aspect while choosing a course it is more feasible to choose a course that will give you long-term benefits rather than a short-term.

After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination.
Enrolment is open throughout the year. For appearing in the June examination, enrollment is on up to -September and for appearing in December examination, enrollment is completed by March.
Practical experience ranging from two to three years or Management Training for 15 months and four months practical training in a company which is arranged by the Institute is also required.
After qualifying in the Final examination and undergoing practical training, a candidate is eligible to be admitted as an Associate Member.
Senior Associate members may be entitled to become Fellows.
Admission is open to anyone who has passed the graduate examination of a university in India or any other equivalent qualification or those who have taken the foundation examination.

The question is bit difficult for any one to answer because neither we can't predict the usability nor we can consider any programming language as best.
Before I answer you question I will say that Both .net and Java have their own pros and cons.
Now As per your question
1. JOB MARKET TRENDS(mainly India)
The job requirement for both java and .net is now stable, but if you look for medium range company then I will say that with .net you will get job easier.
Note* for MNCs it doesn't matter you have .net or java, Once they only want smart and fast learner.
2. Which is easier to learn and why?
.net is considered as much easier than java because microsoft has created a powerful IDE i.e. visual studio which helps you a lot in learning as well as developing app fast.
As .net and its related framework is created by one vender (microsoft) so you have all the documentation available but in java documentation is sometimes bit hard to find.
3.Does .NET have core and advanced learning paths like java(SE & EE)?
Yes, .net do have advance learning paths
.net have c# with .net, asp.net, MVC and many more.
4.Learning Plans
Java steps:
1. learn basics i.e. Core Java
2. Learn JSP and servlet,
3. then comes MVC framework like struts and springs
4. have knowledge of database and related framework like Hibernate
.Net steps:
1. learn c/c+
2. learn c# and then .net
3. learn asp
4 learn hibernate for .net and sql server.
Its a long journey start with one and later you can have other.

If you are interested iun pursuing Physics hons, then you should definitely try for Delhi University.
Admissions in DU varies every year depending on the number of applicants and cutoffs. The basic eligibility is 60% or above marks in the aggregate and
60% or above marks in Physics. However, the cut off for colleges might go as high as 90% plus.

I suggest u 3 Tips To Select The Right Engineering Branch.
1. Know your Interest
Well, this part is the most important. Why do we study? Yes, to acquire knowledge and use that knowledge later (while doing job). So, if you choose an Engineering branch that you are not interested in/not passionate about, then later, you won't enjoy your job too. And yes, doing a boring job is like going through hell!
So, if you are not at all interested in vehicles and you selected automobile engineering, then I personally don't feel it is the right choice. On the other side, if you are passionate about vehicles and their mechanics, then you must try to pursue automobile engineering. I hope you got my point.
2. Job prospects
What is the use of an Engineering degree when you can't find a job using it? Recession is a big bad villain. It has resulted in joblessness. Certain Engineering branches were particularly affected by it. The best example is IT (Information Technology). Many IT folks were axed and many had to take pay cuts after the recession. Still, many IT engineers (who are not from premier engineering institutes) struggle to land decent jobs.
So, while choosing your Engineering branch, keep in mind the job prospects related to that branch.
3. Field Trips
Before selecting an Engineering branch, try to do a field trip. By field trip, I mean visiting a work place/industrial site/office related to the branch that you will select. Suppose you are all set to select Chemical Engineering, then visit a chemical industrial plant. This way, you will get to see the 'situations' which you have to face once you get a job after engineering, the challenges you may face, the environment in which you will work etc. You may also meet a Chemical engineer and discuss with him.
So, these are the important tips that you must remember while selecting an Engineering branch. Don't go for any branch under parental or peer pressure. If you select a branch that you are not interested in, then you will regret it later.
