The cut-offs vary year after year for different course as well as different college. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Yes indeed. Soft skills is a long process and hence needs continuous learning and improvement. Do it for varied modules such as Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Body language, goal setting, Leadership development, team building skills. Before you enroll in any course, do lots of online study and check youtube resources. Also everything you learn capture it as live assignments for future reference.

Every year cut offs varies and it is unpredictable to say with 150 score to get a seat in b.arch at NIT,trichy. This year the competition is quiet tough. Just wait till your turn. All the best

Samar don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
