No, unfortunately you're not eligible for interior design course. According to CEPT University's eligibility criteria, you should have Maths and Physics as mandatory subjects in 10+2. You can refer to this web-page for a detailed information https://www.shiksha.com/design/interior-design/course/bachelor-of-interior-design-cept-university-university-area-Ahmedabad-178942
You can apply for Bachelors in Urban Design although. You are eligible for that.

A complete online programme will be difficult to find but you can check the University of Mysore and Don Bosco University. Most other universities have distance learning programs which may or may not be fully online. Also, check U18 website for online studies from Indian universities.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year, students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily and I think it's not a better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus. And, its infrastructure is not fully completed and it's still under development.
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try for other university or college.
I hope this helps.

There is a little chance for you to get into Xavier. Whatsoever, don't lose hope, you have 100% chance for applying other Xavier's. I'm not sure about the merit list.
If not the first list, you may get a chance in the second list(if any). The cut-offs are pretty high. It was around 92% last year.
Don't worry, you still have chances.
Wishing you good luck!

I am assuming you're implying the subjective questions part with section B. In order to clear the 2nd part of the exam, you should just read newspapers and be aware about the current affairs. Read the editorial section more importantly because you will be given articles to write about the current happenings or trending debatable topics. Also, you should be thorough with all the rules of English grammar and practice sentence corrections, phrasal verbs, idioms, jumbled sentence and vocabulary in order to improve your language and writing skills.
