As per the JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria, the candidates appearing and qualifying the 12th or equivalent examination from the recognised boards and universities are considered eligible for Mains Exam. For foreign candidates, then can contact foreign universities. I am sharing some foreign equivalent exams.

There are only 9 NITs offering B.Arch courses where the total number of seats are 559. Therefore, a seat in NITs is not possible with this percentile. I suggest you go with JEE Advanced and based on its rank you might get a seat in IITs. Else, you have to go with the private institutes.
