Class 2 medical are done from a DGCA certified medical examiner or organization. Then, follow the Class 1 medical, which has to be again conducted by DGCA empaneled examination centers. You can find the list of such examiners, organizations, hospitals etc. On the DGCA website under the medical tab. Book an appointment firstly for class 2, get it done then you will be issued a file number that will remain throughout your life. With this file number, you can apply for class 1 medical. The medical examination in both phases includes a thorough examination at the examiners facility only. It is the entire body checkup from head to toe
