Difficult actually. MBBS is a rigorous course that will keep you very busy. But if you are up for it, nothing is impossible. Have you taken admission for MBBS? You can try for a merit seat otherwise instead of paying donations, a better option would be for you to complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

As per your query I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Contact the admission department of these shortlisted universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for pursuing Phd .
Overall, the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
