This is basically a Post Graduation Course which is of 3 years duration. One of the few post graduation courses which are of 3 years long. It is a Computer related stream which is the Master's of BCA i.e Bachelor in Computer Applications.
The Basic Eligibility Criteria to apply for the MCA courses are :-
1. You should be a minimum graduate in any stream preferably BCA from a recognized college or university.
2. Mathematics is compulsory to have studied in either Class 12th or as one of the subjects in your graduation.
If you satisfy these criteria's then you can apply for the MCA course.

Interior and Graphic Design both are applications of Design. If you are creative then you could enter in either of these fields. You may learn Graphic Design and VIsual Communication to work for Ad agencies or Print Media. If you want to work as a Interior designer and could handle team of skilled manpower, then opt for it. Both are seperate and rewarding fields.

He could certainly do a skill development program, but not the university degree or diploma which needs 10+2 certification. Most autonoumus institute offers self certified programs, which are job oriented skill development courses
