Keeping these things aside, Indian students going to the Russian Federation since the past 15 years through 'EDURUSSIA' which is recognized by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation as the authorized 'Admission department of Russian State and Government Universities in India' have a 90% + passing ratio.Of course, those who do not pass appear again as there are unlimited attempts.
