As per your query I would suggest that, every bank has its own criteria to grant education loan.
Overall, most of the banks do consider education background of the students, before granting them education loan.
However, as you have got backlog in 1st and 2nd semester, which I assume that, you might have clear those bacglogs, so in that case you should not have any problem in getting a education loan, but to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to get in touch with bank officials.
