As per your query it seems you are interested in pursuing a masters degree from universities in Canada.
So, regarding this please remember the university will issue a final admission letter only if you have:
1. Relevant undergraduate degree.
2. Meet other eligibility criteria like GRE and TOEFL.
3. Pay the admission amount.
Once you fulfil the above mentioned criteria, then the university will issue you a 'Admission offer'.
One you receive this admission offer then along with other financial documents you have to apply for Canadian student VISA.

Web Design is any time better then Design for Print. There is no term used such as web print. It could either be Web Graphics or Web Design. We graphic skills are mostly applied to printing, publishing, imaging, packaging, print advertising etc. and is a job oriented field. But for a better growth prospect, one must get into either Web Design or Animation - Visual Effects- Gaming

dce? diploma in civil engg is a 3 yr course, u wont be able to complete it in 1 yr. u hv 10th which is enough as 12th arts is not eligible for entry. If u intend to pursue it full time its ok, but since u hv 9 yrs of experience i wud suggest u to do it frm Institution of civil engg ludhiana on a distance basis. it is recognised by MHRD. best of luck!!!!!!!!
