Hi Sonu, it all depends where your interest lies. E&C and Mechanical are a notch better than EEE. Both the colleges which you have mentioned BVB Hubli & BMSIT Bangalore are equally good. BMSIT is comparatively new college in Yelahanka Bangalore but it has got back up & name of legandary BMSCE. Also you have to decide that where you want to stay in Bangalore or in Hubli? Which is near to your home & which has direct connectivity to your native place. Do try to connect with ex & present students of both the colleges & try to asses the colleges from their review. Also if possible personally visit both the colleges because you are going to spend 4 precious years of your life.

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level computer-based management entrance test. The test is conducted by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
CMAT is held twice in a year – September and February. Aspirants can choose to give both the exams. Best of the two scores will be used for admission.
CMAT scores are accepted by various B-schools and management colleges across India for admission into MBA, PGDM and PGP courses.

Graduates in any discipline
Final year students of graduate courses (10+2+3) are also eligible for CMAT, provided the results are declared before commencement of admission for 2015

Preparing for CMAT is best done with a coaching institute of good reputation like IMS, TIME and Career Launcher. You can take their classroom courses or correspondence courses to receive guidance on various aspects of preparation, sample tests, areas of improvement etc. The CMAT exam largely has questions on Maths, English vocabulary and comprehension and Logical reasoning. However, if you are very busy & can not attend classes or coaching you can wish to improve your performance in English, it will help to a) read a lot of news magazines esp. on subjects you are not familiar with to improve your comprehension abilities b) work on your vocabulary at a rate of 5 new words a day using them in sentences and internalizing them rather than learning a whole list of new words. c) reading books on English improvement such as those by Norman Lewis d) finding some sample papers to assess yourself from time to time during your preparation process.

After B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, there are two fields. You need to decide that you wish to work and earn in which field :
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
Choose a course which matches your interest and skills. So decide wisely as it will help you to achieve your career goal.

As for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), it is one of the main devices used in industry to implement : monitoring, logic, control, or other events / functions impossible (or complicated) to be done mechanically. With respect to embedded systems, a PLC is in fact an embedded system running a program to provide the various functions PLCs typically provide.

Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
