There is no such difference.
Candidates who want to pursue Masters degree programmes in science should have completed three-years Bachelor degree programme in a related stream from a recognized university.
Some universities specify a cutoff or minimum marks that one should have in graduation to be eligible for the M.Sc programmes they offer. Others might ask applicants to appear for entrance exams or interviews or both to prove their competence and knowledge in the subject area they choose.

While choosing a course you check your interest also. You can go for bsc in a college giving you the best facilities of academics in the form of faculty, exposure, platform etc. Check some good colleges like maulana, lovely univ, pes etc so that you get all facilities

You can apply for the same checking the cut off but I think your admission will be finalized only after the submission of clear result before the start of classes or you can take provisional admission in a lower degree and when your clear result is declared you can be transferred to the higher degree. Check this from other colleges too like RV, LPU, PES etc

For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
