MBA is a generalist degree. Therefore, it does not matter what is your basic degree before MBA. However part of B.Com syllabus overlaps with MBA syllabus. Therefore, if you have a choice, you may opt for B.Com before MBA .

You need to pass your intermediate (+2) with a very high score to get into agricultural university.
Cutoff is 92% for general merit for 2016 batch.
Upto my knowledge there are no private seats in agricultural university.If your family occupation is agriculture, there will special exam through which you can join even.
