The best college in Ghaziabad for civil engineering is Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology (KIET).
It is a prestigious college for civil branch with highest placement, best faculties, best infrastructure, best campus and collaboration with companies.

If you have completed your 12 then you should prefer engineering in CS branch and also join an additional Diploma course on any language so as to get help during placements.

As per the present scenario, I would like to suggest you to continue your dream of computer science engineering with 12th class as it has a better scope when compared to a Diploma. Good luck!

No government jobs are available after B.Sc biotech for sure, even after M.sc also no grantees as you will be provided with one fellowship programme under the Dept. of Biotech, India. They will be providing you different training programmes in private companies, if got selected through those companies, that would be fine. If not, again you have to carry your resume to all companies. But one should apply for the Dept. of biotech, India in the beginning of the 3rd starting itself. No guarantee that you would be able to get the opportunity in that fellowship.

Sorry to say but your marks in JEE mains are very low. SASTRA will not give you admission in any of its engineering branch with just 47 marks in JEE Mains.
